Steven Fawn joined Amundi (formerly Crédit Agricole Asset Management) in 2006 as a FX execution trader within the global fixed income and currency management team. He joined the global corporate investment team in July 2011 and is involved in the credit management across all the global fixed income portfolios managed out of London. Prior to joining the company he worked as a FX execution trader at BNP Paribas Asset Management (1999-2006). Steven holds a UK investment management certificate and is enrolled in the CFA program.

Grégoire Pesques

Grégoire Pesquès has been the head of the Amundi global corporate credit team based in London since July 2011 and was previously the deputy head of credit management and head of US credit of Amundi. Pesquès joined SGAM (now Amundi Group) in 1998 as a credit fund manager. He was appointed head of the credit and convertibles investment team in October 2005. He was previously a fixed income fund manager at Banque Transatlantique. Pesquès is a graduate in Finance and post-graduate in Finance and Banking from the University of Paris I Sorbonne. Grégoire is a CFA Charterholder.

Objective

The objective of the Sub-Fund is to seek capital growth by investing at least two thirds of its assets in bonds issued by corporate entities worldwide in any freely convertible currencies. Up to 15% of the assets may be invested in securities paying a high yield but having a relatively high risk of default (high yield securities). The use of financial derivative instruments will be an integral part of the investment policy and strategies of the Sub-Fund for hedging and/or efficient portfolio management purposes and/or arbitraging on interest rates and the risk of credit.
