Objective

This Sub-Fund seeks to provide capital appreciation and income over the short to medium-term by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio consisting of euro denominated Investment Grade corporate debt and debt-related instruments, including commercial paper, certificates of deposit and other Money Market Instruments as well as asset-backed securities. The Sub-Fund will also primarily invest in instruments whose remaining maturity is less than or equal to 36 months. The Sub-Fund may not invest in equities or equity-linked instruments. Further, no more than 25% of the Sub-Fund's assets will be invested in convertible securities.
